Cheryl has been an agent in the Greater Lafayette community for 18 years and has experience working with all types of buyers and sellers -- from 1st time home buyers to experienced investors and all levels in between.
Cheryl has a BS degree from Management and a MA degree in Educational Computing and Instruction Design -- both from Purdue University. Her previous careers have included a Systems Engineer with IBM, adjunct faculty at both Purdue University and IVY Tech Community College and a technical consultant for Lafayette School Corporation. She has a great deal of experience with many of the businesses in our community as well as the world of education.
She is an active volunteer in our community as well serving currently on the LTHC Homeless Services Board of Directors as well as for the Marquis Foundation. Previous Boards that I have served on are Lafayette Transitional Housing, YWCA, Sycamore Girl Scouts, and Tippecanoe Council on Aging.
She was honored in 2007 and 2017 by the Lafayette Association of Realtors as Realtor of the Year and in 2009, 2015 and in 2017 by receiving the Professional Standards Award. She is currently serving on the IAR Board of Directors, the IRMLS Board of Directors, and is teaching pre-license real estate classed for RECP.
