James has had the opportunity to serve Keller Williams Realty Associates in multiple capacities for more than a decade, both at KWRI and in the field. Currently, he serves as the Operating Principal for KW Lafayette in Indiana, facilitates multiple KWU training programs nationwide both online and in-person, and also works directly with agents in a consulting capacity. In these arenas, James has a proven track record of helping real estate agents (from brand new to Mega-Agent) reach the next level in their businesses and in their lives. He does this by curating multiple resources from his diverse professional background.

James currently holds Bachelors degrees in Advertising and English as well as a Business Certificate from the University of Texas at Austin (Hook 'Em Horns!), is an Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching (iPEC) Certified Professional Coach (CPC), a Certified Master Practitioner of the Energy Leadership™ Index (ELI) Assessment, a CaPP Certified Personal & Executive Coach, a COR.E Leadership Dynamics™ Specialist, a Fix This Next™ Certified Advisor, as well as an Association of Integrative Psychology (AIP) Certified Master Practitioner of Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP), Mental & Emotional Release® (MER), and Hypnosis.
